Just Spread Preserve Crepes

These awesome crepes are another way to use Just Spread preserves for a great breakfast!


  • 1 Cup Just Spread Fruit Preserve of Choice (We used 4-fruit)

  • 1 Cup plus 2 Tablespoons Milk (We used Almond milk)

  • 2 Large Eggs

  • 1 Cup Flour

  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar

  • 4 Tablespoons Butter

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Process Part 1:

  1. Mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons butter, and salt together until creamy.

  2. Put preserves into bowl to add into crepes

  3. Preheat oven to 250 degrees

Process Part 2:

  1. Heat a saucepan up on medium heat

  2. Use portion of remaining butter to slick up pan

  3. Once butter is melted, use 1/4 cup of batter and pour evenly and thinly into pan. Let cook until crepe is golden brown then flip.

  4. Once both sides are cooked, place on clean surface and spread about 1 tablespoon of Just Spread preserves over one side of crepe.

  5. Roll crepe up and place on cooking sheet in heated up oven to keep warm.

  6. Repeat for all crepes.

  7. Top with more Just Spread fruit preserves, fresh fruit, syrup, whipped cream, nuts, or whatever you would like.

These crepes are easy to make and SO delicious. Try it yourself!
