Just Spread Preserve Syrup with french toast
This Just Spread Strawberry Preserve and Syrup combo is the perfect topping on some sweet and soft french toast.
Just Spread Fruit Preserves- 1/2 cup (We used Strawberry)
7 Slices of toasting bread
1/2 Cup milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Teaspoon of Allspice or cinnamon
1/2 cup syrup of choice
Combine eggs, vanilla extract, and spices into mixing bowl and whisk together
Combine syrup and Just Spread Preserves into small saucepan and cover. Cook on medium heat until bubbling.
Dip both sides of a piece of bread in egg mixture and place onto a medium-heated griddle. Cook one side until golden brown and flip. Cook other side until golden brown as well.
Once Just Spread preserves and syrup have bubbled and combined, pour into small bowl and top on french toast.
Enjoy with whip cream and your favorite cup of coffee! Easy, sweet, and delicious breakfast.
